What is Insomnia?

Insomnia is a sleep condition, characterized by difficulty falling and or staying asleep.

Usually, sufferers of insomnia have one or some of these symptoms:

 

  • Difficulty falling asleep
  • Waking up often during the night.
  • Once woken up, hard to sleep again
  • Waking up too early in the morning
  • Feeling tired upon waking

Types of Insomnia
